The rehabilitation process is both a mental and physical journey, and I believe in collaboration and education to achieve a patient’s goals. I evaluate patients based on their whole body presentation, not just their primary impairment, and identify any postural or movement faults which are contributing to their concern.
“Change happens through movement and movement heals.”

I do Pilates because…
I love the mental and physical challenge of all the exercises!
I grew up in Alameda and participated in local sports that contributed to my initial interests in fitness, movement, and healthy living. This interest led me to Los Angeles to obtain my DPT. After living in Los Angeles for 10 years, my husband I decided to return to Alameda where I furthered my education in Pilates. I look forward to continuing to work with the local community to promote an active and healthy lifestyle.
